If you’ve purchased our Lifetime Drop Protection Warranty, your item may be eligible for repair or replacement in the event of accidental damage. However, coverage is strictly limited to highly specific circumstances outlined below. The warranty is designed to protect against rare, accidental events and does not cover misuse, negligence, or failure to follow product care instructions.
Strict Circumstances for Coverage
The Drop Protection Warranty applies only if all of the following criteria are met:

Single, Isolated Incident:
- The damage occurred due to a single, accidental event (e.g., an unintentional drop) and was not part of repeated or ongoing mishandling.

Proper Handling Prior to the Incident:
- The camera must have been handled, stored, and operated in accordance with the user manual and care guidelines at all times prior to the incident.

Approved Usage Environment:
- The camera must have been used in an approved environment. Situations involving extreme conditions (e.g., water, dust, heat, or cold), improper mounting, or risky activities (e.g., dangling the camera from straps or handling near high drops) are not covered.

No Pre-Existing Damage:
- The camera must not have had any prior damage, defects, or signs of excessive wear and tear.

Immediate Reporting:
- The incident must be reported to Veloures within 48 hours of occurrence with all required evidence (see below). Claims reported after this timeframe will not be considered.
Circumstances Explicitly Excluded from Coverage
The following are not covered under the Drop Protection Warranty:

Repeated or Patterned Damage:
- If the damage occurred as part of repeated drops or mishandling over time, rather than a single, isolated event.

Negligence or Failure to Follow Instructions:
- Any damage resulting from failure to adhere to the product care and handling instructions outlined in the user manual.

Cosmetic or Superficial Damage:
- Scratches, dents, or other minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product.

Environmental or Water Damage:
- Any damage caused by exposure to liquids, sand, dust, or extreme weather conditions.

Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications:
- Damage caused by tampering, disassembly, or repairs performed by unauthorized service providers.

Excessive Claims:
- Claims submitted for multiple incidents will be automatically declined if deemed excessive or indicative of user negligence.
Stringent Requirements for Filing a Claim
To submit a claim, you must provide the following within 48 hours of the incident:

Original Proof of Purchase:
- A valid receipt showing the purchase of the camera and Drop Protection Warranty.

Comprehensive Evidence:
- High-resolution photos and/or videos clearly showing:
- The full extent of the damage.
- The serial number of the product for verification.

Detailed Written Report:
- A written description explaining the incident, including:
- Date, time, and location of the damage.
- Exact circumstances that led to the damage.

Condition Certification:
- Confirmation that the camera was fully functional and undamaged prior to the incident.

Inspection Submission:
- The damaged camera must be shipped to Veloures at the customer’s expense for a thorough inspection to determine eligibility.
Failure to provide any of the above within the specified timeframe will result in an automatic denial of the claim.
Approval Process
After reviewing your submitted evidence and inspecting the camera, Veloures will determine if the damage meets the warranty criteria. Claims that fail to meet the outlined requirements will be denied. If approved, Veloures will provide one of the following remedies:

Repair: The camera will be repaired and returned to you.

Replacement: A replacement camera of the same model will be provided, subject to availability.
Important Notes
- This warranty does not provide coverage for intentional or reckless damage.
- Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for denied claims.
- Customers are encouraged to handle the product with utmost care as coverage is extremely limited.
